Return/Exchange Policy
We allow return/exchange of item(s) if:
- Wrong item(s) are being sent to customers.
- There are prominent manufacture's defects.
Any defects must be hightlighted within 3 working days after receipt of the items via email with an attachment of a zoom out image of the defective area. In your email, please state the Order Number, Date of Purchase and the Product Code of the intended exchange item(s). You will only send the items back to us upon our approval of the return/exchange. If the exchange item(s) is not availabe anymore, we will grant a full refund for the item(s).
Below are some of the reasons that we will NOT consider for return/exchange.
- Change of mind after the order has been purchased.
- Slight colour differences as compared to the pictures from our website. The colour of the actual items may varies as compared to our website. This can be due to the strong lighting during the photography sessions and also the resolution of the computer screen.
- Thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams, loose threads on seams that can be mended.
- Minor stains, smudges and dirt that are washable.
- Sizes of the clothes are not fitting. Please use the measurements stated in our website as a guide when making purchase.
